On 1st March 2006 Robin Clark Associates and ASTAM GBC (Malmesbury) Ltd amalgamated trading as Clark and Maslin. Robin Clark and Ian Maslin are now back working together as co-directors, both practices have a considerable workload and history in this area.
Robin and Judy Clark along with Ian and Mel Maslin are delighted to be working together and we assure our clients that our amalgamation should improve our service to our clients. With the benefit of additional staff as well as upgrading office procedures and equipment.
Clark and Maslin carry out work on new or old premises, private or commercial. A large percentage of our commissions involve work on listed properties in Conservation areas.
The practice will arrange surveys, prepare sketch schemes, apply for Planning and Listed Building Permission, prepare working drawings and apply for Building Regulation approval, prepare specifications, obtain tenders and project manage. Careful budgeting and strong cost control is insisted upon by the Directors.
