Addition of garden room into existing kitchen to create open plan family area.

Extension to existing kitchen dining area by only some 2.3 metres involving the complete removal of the existing external wall to create large, open, airy family space.

Existing ceiling height was very low, but the introduction of the atrium provided increased head room and a feeling of space.
